I met Bill 10 years ago through the Eisenhower fellowships. At that time, Bill was the only CEO of a Fortune Company that agreed to take a meeting with me and talk about the disability business case. For me, that demonstrates best his willingness to take a risk and a curiousness that is rare. Over the past decade Bill has become one of my most challenging and patient mentors. He has guided and pushed me and never given up on me – always being the essential trusted hand on your back that all entrepreneurs and disrupters need.

Though he is a financial investor in #valuable and Dangerous Dreamers, it is his advice, support and decisive strategic insight that we have gained most from.

There is one piece of advice that I will never ever forget Bill giving me years ago, one I adamantly argued with at the time. “Casey, sometimes 80% is good enough – just do it” – And he was right!
